To qualify as a Responsible Vendor in Louisiana, licensees must:

• Ensure new hires complete approved training within 45 days.
• Pay the annual $50 establishment fee.
• Provide employees with parish/municipal ordinance information.
• Maintain training records on-site at all times.
• Re-certify employees every 4 years.
• Post warning signs against sales to minors.

While on duty, servers must carry their Bar Card permit and valid photo ID.
