The course fee is clearly outlined on the Course Description Page. For refunds requested within seven (7) calendar days of the initial purchase date, a one hundred percent (100%) refund of the course fee will be provided.

Access Limitations:
Once any course quiz or exam has been accessed, or if you have accessed 10% or more of the training content, the course is considered accessed, and no refunds will be available.

Refund Processing:
Refund requests will be processed within 72 hours of receipt and approval. Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Delivery of Purchased Products (Online Courses):
Our courses are delivered through our online learning platform. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with login credentials and instructions on how to access the course. You will have immediate access to the course materials and can start your learning journey.
