The Single Location Owner/Manager Account is perfect for small businesses with one location, or for those who do not need the additional features available with the Multi-Location Master Corporate Account.
The Single Location Owner/Manager Account allows the manager or owner to assign employees to our courses by either sharing the system generated Access Code; OR the Owner/Manager may add his/her employees manually through their profile page.
The Single Location Owner/Manager Account still allows you to track the training progress of your employees, view/print/download employee Certificates of Completion once the employee has completed training and passed the final exam, and to pre-purchase course credits at the discounted rate.

The Multi-Location Master Corporate Account includes all of the features of the Single Location Owner/Manager Account, but also provides the ability to easily manage multiple locations.
With the Multi-Location Master Account, you are able to add locations, manage access for each of your locations, and share course credits among all of your locations.
The Multi-Location Master Account also allows you to run reporting on one, some, or all of your locations; including, total enrollments, exam results, certificates of completion and more.
In addition, the Multi-Location Master Account even allows you to transfer team members between locations, allowing you to more accurately monitor and track employee training records.
