If you’ve completed your Montana Responsible Alcohol Sales and Service (RASS) training, congratulations—you’re one step closer to staying compliant with Montana state alcohol laws!
Montana requires all individuals who serve or sell alcohol to complete approved alcohol server education within 60 days of hire. Once your training is completed and reported by your provider to the Montana Department of Revenue, you can verify your record online and print your official certificate.
Here’s how to do it:
Go to the official state portal:
https://svc.mt.gov/dor/liquorserver/public/certsearch.aspx
Enter your First Name, Last Name, and Date of Birth
Use the same details you provided when you registered for your course.
Click the “Search” button
The system will display your record if your training has been reported.
Confirm your training information
You’ll see your training provider name, the date you completed the course, and your certification expiration date.
Click “Print Training Verification”
This will open a printable confirmation showing that your training has been officially registered with the Montana Department of Revenue.
✅ Keep a copy of this confirmation for your records. It can be printed or saved as a PDF and should be presented to your employer if requested.
If you completed your training through LIQUORexam.com, we report your completion to the state within 24 hours. If you do not see your record immediately, wait one business day and try again.
If it still doesn’t appear, reach out to us at contact@LIQUORexam.com so we can verify your information and assist you.
