Title 4 training, also known as Arizona Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) training, is designed to educate individuals about the responsible service and sale of alcohol. The training program aims to promote safe practices, prevent alcohol-related incidents, and ensure compliance with the state's alcohol laws and regulations.

A Basic Certificate of Completion is required in addition to a Management Certificate of Completion for all Owners, Agents, and Managers actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the business. This is a state approved Title 4 Basic on-sale and off-sale training. The Basic Title 4 training Certificate of Completion is valid for (3) three years from the completion date recorded on the certificate. The DLLC may require Title 4 training for applicants, licensees, managers, agents and other employees as provided by A.R.S. 4-112(G)(2).
