We will also discuss the differences between premium and value spirits, and how to make recommendations to customers based on their preferences and budget.
Throughout the course, you will also learn about the proper techniques for serving spirits, including glassware selection, the appropriate serving temperature, and garnishing. We will also cover responsible service practices, such as identifying when a customer has had too much to drink and how to handle the situation.
