California RBS Help – LIQUORexam.com
California Responsible Beverage Server (RBS)

Need help with your California RBS training?

If you’re stuck on your Server ID, can’t start the course, or aren’t seeing the ABC exam, this page will walk you through the fastest fixes.

For Server ID or ABC portal issues, you can also email the ABC at rbssupport@abc.ca.gov.

✅ Fastest fix: Verify or update your ABC Server ID & last name (self-service)

Get or find your ABC Server ID

  • Go to abcbiz.abc.ca.govRegister as a Server (pay $3 to ABC).
  • Your 9-digit Server ID appears in your ABC profile (often begins with 312 or 313).
  • Tip: This is not the application/tracking number.

Fix “Server ID / Last Name mismatch”

  • First, try the self-service tool above to sync your Server ID & last name.
  • Or log in at LIQUORexam.com → ProfileEdit Profile → update Server ID exactly as in ABC → Save.
  • Last name change? Email us a screenshot of your ABC profile and we’ll update it for you.

Hyphenated last names are OK—enter without the hyphen on our site.

Resume course & reach the exam

  • Log in → My Courses → click Resume.
  • The course opens; after a few seconds the final exam appears automatically.
  • Wait for the results screen (certificate). We instantly report your completion to the ABC.

How do I register for a Server ID with the California ABC?

Go to abcbiz.abc.ca.gov, create your ABC RBS profile, and pay the $3 ABC fee. You’ll receive a 9-digit Server ID. Use that number when registering or updating your profile on LIQUORexam.com.

My course shows 100% but I wasn’t reported to the ABC.

100% refers to the lecture only. You must pass our final exam and wait for the results screen with your certificate. At that moment, your completion is automatically reported to the ABC so you can take the official ABC RBS exam.

I missed the ABC exam within 30 days—what now?

Your completion record becomes inactive if you don’t take the ABC exam within 30 days after we report your training. You must reset your course by looking under the 'My Courses' tab on your profile and clicking the 'Take This Training Again' button. This will reset your course so that you may re-enroll (add the course to your cart and re-purchase). You can then retake the training and pass our exam - we will then re-report your record to the ABC with your new completion date so you may access the ABC RBS exam.

Where can I correct my last name or Server ID?

Use the self-service tool above to check and update your info. If you still need your last name or Server ID updated in our system, email contact@LIQUORexam.com with a screenshot of your ABC profile showing your name and Server ID. If the ABC profile is wrong, contact rbssupport@abc.ca.gov.

What happens, step by step

  • Create/verify your ABC profile & Server ID at abcbiz.abc.ca.gov.
  • Start/Resume the LIQUORexam RBS course and pass our final exam.
  • Instant reporting: Once your certificate appears, we report to ABC automatically.
  • Log in to the ABC portal and take the official ABC RBS exam (within 30 days).
Reminder The ABC exam window is 30 days from the time we report your training.
