Get or find your ABC Server ID
- Go to abcbiz.abc.ca.gov → Register as a Server (pay $3 to ABC).
- Your 9-digit Server ID appears in your ABC profile (often begins with 312 or 313).
- Tip: This is not the application/tracking number.
If you’re stuck on your Server ID, can’t start the course, or aren’t seeing the ABC exam, this page will walk you through the fastest fixes.
For Server ID or ABC portal issues, you can also email the ABC at rbssupport@abc.ca.gov.
Hyphenated last names are OK—enter without the hyphen on our site.
Go to abcbiz.abc.ca.gov, create your ABC RBS profile, and pay the $3 ABC fee. You’ll receive a 9-digit Server ID. Use that number when registering or updating your profile on LIQUORexam.com.
100% refers to the lecture only. You must pass our final exam and wait for the results screen with your certificate. At that moment, your completion is automatically reported to the ABC so you can take the official ABC RBS exam.
Your completion record becomes inactive if you don’t take the ABC exam within 30 days after we report your training. You must reset your course by looking under the 'My Courses' tab on your profile and clicking the 'Take This Training Again' button. This will reset your course so that you may re-enroll (add the course to your cart and re-purchase). You can then retake the training and pass our exam - we will then re-report your record to the ABC with your new completion date so you may access the ABC RBS exam.
Use the self-service tool above to check and update your info. If you still need your last name or Server ID updated in our system, email contact@LIQUORexam.com with a screenshot of your ABC profile showing your name and Server ID. If the ABC profile is wrong, contact rbssupport@abc.ca.gov.
