This is a state approved Title 4 Basic on-sale and off-sale training. The Basic Title 4 training Certificate of Completion is valid for (3) three years from the completion date recorded on the certificate. The DLLC may require Title 4 training for applicants, licensees, managers, agents and other employees as provided by A.R.S. 4-112(G)(2).
